I've never been more happier with an internet company !! The two technical support representative's have been so amazingly helpful always available I've got the best speed it's fast and reliable thank you so much Buzzmax.
Been now with Buzzmax for two years. I am completely happy with the service. I was reluctant to change from Bell and Cogeco, but finally got tired of being charged the highly inflated prices. Decided to give Buzzmax a chance to prove the service, and boy are we glad we did. Sam and Ahmed are wonderful.
Fantastic customer service, had an issue with my modem (faulty) easy to organize a swap under warranty and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and fast too, don’t have to wait 20 minutes to get someone on the line. Highly recommend! Usually find Sam when I call in and he’s outstanding.
